To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus’s total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
